we have the pella windows with blinds that are locked up or the blinds will not function. I work at a fire station that has 20 of these windows. This station is only 4 years old and cant get anyone to respond to my question. is there a replacement kit or r we out of luck????

we tried to get a Representative out here 2 years ago and we was told that the windows was out of warrentie and they will replace the window at coast. we have a government that restricts our ability to do that. Is there a replacement kit? 1288330
