My home is only 12 years old and the Pella windows and doors are rotting.

Pella refuses to stand behind the product. The windows and doors began rotting when they were only 5 years old. The brass plated hardware turned black and looks terrible and standard hardware will not fit the dooors. I want to know if any group has a class action suit against Pella. I have pictures i am willing to share with anyone wanting more information. I am willing to participate in a law suit against Pella windows and doors. If anyone has any info please let me know. 1287f92

and you will shop for anderson 

water leaks and other problems and wont back up product

Pella Corp just denied my for any assistance. Pella tech states that 7 of 17 windows need to be replaced. 2 out of 2 sliding doors need to be replaced from rotting. House built in 1998. Noticed issue in 2009. contacted them in 2010. 

 

Pella Corp response "OUT OF WARRANTY". Local Pella dealer would sell he replacement parts for $5800, thats with 30% percent off. Buying new was $5600. but why pella if they are only going to last just over their warranty period. I feel Pella should stand behind there products.
