Pella Windows and Doors-TN

I don't understand how it is that pella continues to sell windows. They are crap and if you look at them closely they look like crap: look at the seams: so wide that water seeps in, smell the wood windows: they smell like whatever crap they were dunked in to prevent them from rotting due to crappy seams. And pella has a history of dumping crap in the environment. The EPA praised them for "improvement" but that's because EPA is bullied into trying to play nice-nice with crap-dumpers who poison their communities.

What a joke!! We have contacted you personally 26 times that I have recorded, since 2009. We have not heard a word back from Pella! You can post anything you like on the internet, but you can't hide behind the truth any longer. There are way too many people posting comments just as mine. Pella does have the worst customer service that I have dealt with in years. It is easy to see that Pella does not care or there would not be so many of us posting similar problems on the internet!  

 

It is sad that such a large USA company offers such awful customer service. Even though I can't understand my HP service representative, as I'm sure they are over sees, at least they have done exactly as they say they will do. If Pella calls back, they NEVER do as they tell the customer they will do! I suggest that you research the internet to find all the other people that Pella has scammed money away from by claiming to have a well built product. Pella windows are CRAP! And their customer service is ever worse than their product!

Pella can post anything that they wish for you to read, please don't believe a word that you read from Pella. Pella's words mean absolutely nothing. I find it quite interesting that Pella prints a response to the problems that are posted on the computer for us to read. Pella will never correct the problems that the Pella window purchases have created for customers.  

 

At my age, my wisdom tells me, as your wisdom also tells you, if Pella had any intention of creating a solution to the window customer's problems, there would not be thousands of customer complaints posted for us to read. I am sure, like us, others have tried for weeks/months/years to get some resolution to their window problems, prior to printing the issue for others to read.  

 

If Pella had any type of customer support, there would be nothing to write about for you to read. We hope that you also understand that Pella is good at playing games. They are good at training their staff to say anything to "get the sale". Pella is also extremely good at telling customers that Pella is never at fault for the window problems. As you can tell from all the postings, Pella is good at blaming the universe for the Pella window problems!  

 

Stay away from Pella and you will be far ahead. You do not want to be our age, nearly 80, and have windows that allow water to come into your home through 3 year old windows.
