I just build a custom and house and spend $ 37000 for 18 windows and 2 10 ft patio doors. after they took the money and delivery i called them numerous times for customer service but they never replied. DONT EVER TRUST PELLA AND NEVER BUY PELLA WINDOWS OR DOORS.THEY ARY BIGGEST LIARS AND CHEATERS.When i ordered they promised me about the warranty and future customer services but they lied to me.never trust them.I called them and i also went down to their show room and asked for the person who helped me and his name is Nathen but he refused to come out or return my phone calls. 1287f1b
