We build our house in 2005, using all Pella windows, there are a few that a very large in size, 4 are 3'x12' and 1 is 5'x6'. About 16 months ago, 2 of the 3'x12' had leak in between the glasses. It costed me $1200 for the labor to install the replacement window. Now just over 1 year later, the 5'x6' has a leak as well, the cost for labor is over $700. In both cases, window delivery was late, I had to reschedule the install several times. Delivery person can not unload the window, so I have to arrange for the installer's schedule, but the delivery would be late. The whole company is unprofessional, and there is no customer service to speak of. Do not buy Pella. 1287e2e

How do you spell Pella? G-A-R-B-A-G-E

High end crap that WILL leak, rot, and mold. Don't waste your money.

We had 15 units fail, fortunately under warranty. Aluminum clad wood- bad seals- water intrusion.
