This summer Pellas sales representative came to our house and measured our 12 windows for replacement. He failed to tell us that after the windows were replaced 11 of the 12 windows would have a piece of quarter round across the top of each window to cover a gap. We certainly would not have agreed to have our windows replaced had we been informed this was going to happen. We feel we were lied to because the sales representative did not tell us. When I called the sales representative and asked him about the quarter round and why he had not told us. He said it would come down to he said she said. I would not recommened Pella to anyone

We agree with you! Pella does try to be dishonest. We are nearly 80 years old and can not believe the way we have been treated by people representing Pella. This is a very dishonest company. He said she said would land in your lap, as the word is out on just how dishonest Pella is. I can't believe all the people who are writing such nasty thing about Pella. It is easy to see that this is just the way that Pella does business. My granddaughter told me that she could show me that we were not the only ones being treated with such disrespect. She brought me to her computer and we can not believe all the people who are being treated just as Pella is treating us. It is hard to believe that Pella is allowed to treat people this poorly. We are to old to see any changes made through the court system, but it is clear to me that several of you will bring this change to being. Pella needs to be held to a standard or put out of business for treating families the way they do.
