I spent a lot of money with Pella when we built our home. We got the top of the line aluminum clad doors and windows and spent thousands of dollars with them. On one of the patio doors the aluminum seam separated and now we have to replace the entire door. Pella says this was not covered under the warranty. I have been trying to get resolution for a year. They wanted to charge me a fee to come look at it.

Not very good customer service for a company that prides themselves in being the best in the business and standing behind their products for years. 1287ad6
