I cannot use your basic windows with the blinds inside because they are not accessible. I'm in a wheelchair and cannot use the lever on the side. It would be better if you could put the lever on the front-bottom of the window or include a remote. Add comment

Upfront - we did not buy Pella windows. But we did get a quote from a salesman. About four years ago. And just about EVERY single week since then, we've received an advertising mailing from the company. We've contacted Pella multiple times to inform them that we've long since purchased other windows, please take us off your mailing list. But apparently, once you get on their never edited,... I worked for Pella for 6 months and do not reccomend this company to purchase from or work at. Some of the reps are good however they do not care if they have racist people working for them and do not care about the employee's life outside of work. I have found out that they would not let one of the girls go to her cousin's funeral!! Sorry to burst your bubble but FAMILY comes first in 98% of... Read more

Our sales rep made us believe we could reinstall our current storm door when there was really no way it would fit again. When we went to hang the original storm door, not only would it not fit the height/width but it wouldnt fit the depth. Now we'll have to buy a new one (at least $300 at Lowe's- Pella quoted one around $900!), assuming a door can even fit in the new frame. What's more, our... Read more

Like many I am very disgusted at the performance of Pella Proline windows. I currently have 21 ROTTED PROLINE WINDOWS. My windows were a little more than 10 years old (just passed the warrenty) so they would not replace them. I joined the class action law suit 2 years ago and I am still waiting for a settlement. Meantime my windows have gotten worse now requiring not only sash replacement but... Read more

Built a house in 2012/2013 put in pella windows. BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! They are hideous! They let so much air in its pathetic. Even bugs get in around them! Rep comes by yes they is installed correctly gave use some papers said the moisture was too high. but nothing else that's it. I had to stuff then with insulation and tape them to keep the air out, they even whistle with the air. They are... Read more

We bought 22 Pella Windows in 2009 and 2011; Boy what a mistake! Each winter we have water or frost (depending on the outside temperature) on the inside of our windows - on the bottom of the window sill and in the middle of the double hung by the latch. We called the company and they state it is because the humidity in the home is too high, but they would be willing to send a tech out for... Read more
